class descriptions:

Line Dance Cardio:  Learn basic country line dance steps and put them together for a fun workout.

Body Sculpting:  Strength, Tone, and Shape with hand weights and exercise bands.

Dance Meditation: This guided class follows a wave of music beginning slow for a warm up, building to a free-form heart pumping rhythmic dance, then lightens up for a cool down.  It allows freedom of movement at your own pace making it perfect for any fitness level. 

Pilates:  Strengthen our "core" and improve your flexibility with this non-impact class.

Wake Up Workout: A 60 min. Instructor led cardio workout using different equipment.                                                                                                                                                                           

High Intensity Interval Training: A great full-body workout into a 35-minute class.  Build strength and stamina, cross-train, or just start your day off with a great workout.

Spinning:  Don't miss this intense, non impact, indoor cycling workout on bikes! class limited.*Reservations Required

Yoga:  A mind and body workout that combines posture, stretching, meditation and relaxation. Great for strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility.

Zumba :  A cardio-based Latin dance workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom.

Kids Zumba: Ages 6-12. A  dance based exercise class that is designed to keep kids active and PREVENT childhood obesity and sedentary-related childhood illness, all while having a blast.

Kids Fun & Fit: This class uses fun and safe forms of exercise to help keep kids interested and excited about a healthy lifestyle!   

Aqua Zumba: Join the Zumba Pool Party and splash your way to becoming more fit! Experience great music, fun with friends and water moves that are cardio-conditioning, body-toning and exhilarating beyond belief!

Piloxing: A unique mix of Pilates and boxing that burns fat and sculpts muscles with a core-centered interval workout. Experience the transformation as you attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image.

Water Aerobics: This is a low impact fitness class that uses water to create resistance for muscle toning and sculpting, while also giving you a heart pumping cardio workout.

Resistance Training Circuit: 1 hr. class using weight machines in 1 min. intervals to increase muscular strength.

Balance Training: Instructor led class using the body and basic standing postures to improve overall balance and coordination.

BoxMania: A non-choreographed fitness class with POWER punching and kicking combinations on a hand held target. It involves interval training that develops over-all strength, cardio conditioning, and balance. It truly is a total body work out. Gloves are required and can be rented for $5 per session or purchased at the gym for $25 (women's) or $28 (men's).  *Reservations Required

All classes are FREE to members. Guests pay only $3-$5 per class
