Two New Classes
High Fitness - Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. & Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
High Fitness transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants wanting more.
Chair Yoga - Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine
Both classes will be held in the main studio at Everbody's
Half Crazies Training Group: 12 weeks of half marathon training leading up to the Tell City Half. Register at Everbody's Fitness. Training begins 1/20. Click here to register online.
Footprints: 7:30 a.m. Saturdays. This walking/running club is open and free to the public! We are getting active together, so bring your family or a friend!
Wallyball: Open wallyball Sunday nights at 6 p.m. Open to all gym members.
