Wakeup WorkoutStart your day off right with a total body workout. This 45 minute class features cardio work, followed by weights, core work and stretching. Remember, all moves can be modified (up or down) to suit your fitness level.

BarreBarre is full-body conditioning class. The trifecta low impact workout that incorporates lower, upper, and core exercises with a focus on flexibility, balance, stability and strength. Cardio/StrengthFull-body toning workout that incorporates small cardio sections. It concentrates on low impact moves along with short cardio sections that raise the heart rate. Improve your functional strength and strengthen your heart!

SpinningIndoor cycling, also known as “spinning,” is an energetic, effective way to burn unwanted calories. You will stand, jump, climb and sprint into fitness. Improve endurance and aerobic fitness in these coached classes for all levels!

Chair YogaIs a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support.
