Class Descriptions

Wakeup Workout

Start your day off right with a total body workout. This 45 minute class features cardio work, followed by weights, core work and stretching. Remember, all moves can be modified (up or down) to suit your fitness level.

​Barre is full-body conditioning class. The trifecta low impact workout that incorporates lower, upper, and core exercises with a focus on flexibility, balance, stability and strength.

Yoga

Yoga at Everbody’s consists mainly of many postures, often connected by flowing sequences, coached breathing, and mindful stretching. Increase flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress.​​

Cardio & Strength

Full-body toning workout that incorporates small cardio sections.  It concentrates on low impact moves along with short cardio sections that raise the heart rate. Improve your functional strength and strengthen your heart!

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Spinning

Indoor cycling, also known as “spinning,” is an energetic, effective way to burn unwanted calories. You will stand, jump, climb and sprint into fitness. Improve endurance and aerobic fitness in these coached classes for all levels!​

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting is a non-aerobic, total body muscle-toning class, usually focused on strength. Geared to all levels and abilities. ​​​

Is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support.

Is a Dance Fitness workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. You’ll have so much fun, you’ll forget it’s exercise!

Chair Fitness is a class designed for individuals who have complications standing during a fitness regimen. This includes active agers, people with balance deficits, injuries, disabilities, or suffering from obesity. Chair Fitness is designed to deliver a fun interactive workout that uplifts people while providing a total body workout.

​Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system.

Start your morning off right with this calorie-burning workout! Expect a mix of cardio, strength training and low impact moves!

HIGH Low brings you ENERGY GALORE with impact no more! Take the thinking out of your workout with this fully choreographed class! The formula allows participants to enter a steady state of cardio zone and stay there for the entire class while having less impact without giving up any of the intensity.
