What is SUP Yoga?
A vinyasa yoga class on the water flowing with our breath and the water. In a SUP Yoga class you will challenge your balance, explore your yoga practice, and laugh a lot! All levels of yogis and paddlers are welcome from complete newbies to advanced!
What is SUP Fitness?
SUP Fitness is exactly what is sounds like..... a fitness class on the water! You'll spend the class paddling to build strength and taking those burpees to the next level on a paddle-board.
COST: $25 Per person $10 Per person if you bring your own SUP
