I was miserable. I was waaaaay overweight. I couldn't take the stairs or chase my kids without getting winded quickly! I needed, and finally wanted, a change! I had no idea where to start. My mother, Carol, filled out and paid for a Biggest Loser season for me. I couldn't turn her down. We ended up on the same team, Yellow with Debbie Elder! I was TERRRRRIFIED!! I had no idea who any of these people were! I was supposed to spend 12 weeks with theses strangers AND eat right AND exercise?! The only thing running through my mind was "I cannot let them down!" That season, Season 6, was exactly what I needed to get my head on straight! I lost 26# and made the top 10 list of biggest losers! That was it! Mom lit a fire in me that I couldn't extinguish! Everbody's changed my life. Since becoming a FAMILY member of the gym, I've lost 76#, made so many friends that I wouldn't trade, and even became a coach! I am currently taking a small break from the gym, but I cannot wait to get back in there and shed of this baby weight! Thank you to Breanne for believing in me enough to ask me to coach! It means so much to me! I never would have ever in my life thought I would lose the weight, let alone help others on their journey! I am a much happier, healthier person now!! - Valerie Cole
