Brian ColeMy Everbody's Gym experience - I'm not a very good "people person." I don't talk much and never really paid much attention to people. It was time for a change. I noticed my kids being anti-social and figured it's from what the learned from ol' dad. I didn't want that for them and I don't want them to ever feel like I did. So I started small by wishing people "happy birthday" on Facebook, which I rarely ever do. Then, I had the opportunity to coach! It was time for me to break out of my shell; time to meet people and show my kids and wife that I can change, and be someone's friend. The first meet and greet for the Biggest Loser was scary. Being in front of a lot of people that I didn't know AND lip sync. WOW! Can we say embarrassed? But being in front of the people I was about to spend 8 weeks with actually helped me a lot. I'm different now. I'm not afraid to start a conversation, or show my silly side. The people I have met at the gym are very relaxing to be around. I don't get judged for how I work-out; I get corrected if I'm doing it wrong. That's what i like the most about Everbody's. They are willing to push you until you break but not willing to make you look like a fool doing it. In just 8 wees I've learned that working out can be fun when you have great people to be around. And if you want to lose weight, but gain a new family, join Everbody's gym and the Biggest Loser! You won't regret it. I never thought a gym would impact my life so much. Thank you Biggest Loser (and Lilacs) from the bottom of my heart. –Brian Cole
