BL RULES & INFO
Weekly Weigh-In:
1. Tuesdays 5:30a.m. - 6:30 p.m., participants weigh-in with front desk staff. There will be no weigh-in's prior to 5:30 a.m.
2. The same scale will be used each week.
3. The same outfit must be worn for the initial and final weigh-in's.
4. If a participant misses a weigh-in, they will have a zero weight loss for that week. The only times a participant can weigh-in other than Tuesday's are the first and last weeks with prior arrangements.
5. ALL Participants MUST participate in the FINAL weigh-in for any of their weight loss to be counted for their team. A final picture will be taken.
Teams:
1. You may request a coaching team.
2. You will get your team assignment at the KICKOFF on Monday, March 23 at 6 pm.
3. Teams will compete to lose the highest percentage of weight. There will be one overall Female and Male winner for the individual who loses the greatest percentage of weight and one team winner for the team who loses the greatest percentage of weight.
4. Your team leader will contact you weekly to encourage, motivate, and inform you of your progress!
5. EverBody’s reserves the right to not allow someone to participate. For example: pregnant or underweight.
6. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have a doctor's permission if younger.
Prizes/Incentives:
a. 1st place team - 3 month Everbody's Membership
b. 2nd place team - $15 Everbody's Credit
c. Overall 1st place individual Male & Female - One pair of Shoes from Legends
d. 1st place winner on each team - three (3) free Personal Training Sessions
e. Biggest Loser on each team - three (3) free Personal Training Sessions
We offer a "Maintenance" and "Over 55" Team. If you are looking for a positive and encouraging atmosphere in order for you to get/stay fit and maintain your weight, join our Maintenance Team! If you are 55 and older and do not feel comfortable working out with the younger crowd, join our Over 55 Team.
