What's my advice for those anxious about joining Everbody's? Take a friend! It helps take some of the intimidation out of a class or stepping into the gym.
My accomplishments are definitely that I am now able to do more reps of an exercise and at a much better pace and level. I can actually do proper burpees again!
My biggest challenge in the beginning was knowing where to start with what kind of exercise. I started going to a class here and there when I was about 25 to figure out what I'd like. I'm very much someone who needs exercise to be disguised as something fun so Zumba really started things off for me because I like dancing and now I've branched out to other types that I enjoy too."
