Tier 1 includes:

Members: $60
Guests: $120 (includes 8 week membership)

- Interactive Success Journal
- 52 Day Program (Private Facebook Group, Daily Emails, "Don't Quit Chats" with Registered Dietitian, Sohailla Digsby)
Members: $75
Guests: $135 (includes 8 week membership)


Tier 3 includes:
- Interactive Success Journal
- 52 Day Program (Private Facebook Group, Daily Emails, "Don't Quit Chats" with Registered Dietitian, Sohailla Digsby)
- 3 Personal Training Sessions
- 1 Private Wellness Coaching Session
Members: $100
Guests: $160 (includes 8 week membership)


Initial Weigh-in:
Tuesday, January 17th 5:30a.m. - 6:30p.m.
All participants MUST be weighed in on 1/17
(if you cannot weigh-in on the 17th you can make arrangements on another day of the week).


Weekly Weigh-In:
- Every Tuesday participants may weigh-in with front desk staff.
- The same scale will be used every week.
- Shoes must be worn during weigh-in.
- The same outfit is encouraged every week.
- If a participant misses a weekly weigh-in, the previous week's weight will be used.
- All participants MUST weigh-in the final weigh-in (3/9).
