Simply put, SUP Yoga is practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board in the middle of a body of water. SUP yoga is best practiced on calm bodies of water. Many yogis are improving their yoga skills tremendously by practicing SUP yoga because it requires more strength, balance, and focus. The best news, you do not need any prior yoga experience! During your time with our Certified Yoga Instructors, you'll experience beautiful flowing water while also challenging your balance, and exploring yoga practice.

Need something to look forward to at the end of the week? Enjoy a nice relaxing 2 hour paddle session. Enjoy light appetizers and refreshments, upon your arrival and again after your paddle. We will explore the beautiful lake at Forgotten Times Cabin surrounding the Hoosier National Forest. MUST BE 21+ AND PROVIDE ID.
