Biggest Loser Season 29
January 11th - March 8th
Tuesday, January 11th 5:30a.m. - 6:00p.m.
All participants MUST be weighed in on 1/11 (if you cannot weigh-in on the 11th you can make arrangements to weigh in on another day of the week).
- Every Tuesday (participants may weigh-in with front desk staff.
- The same scale will be used every week.
- Shoes must be worn during weigh-in.
- The same outfit is encouraged every week.
- If a participant misses a weekly weigh-in, the previous week's weight will be used.
- All participants MUST weigh-in the final weigh-in (3/8) in order for the weight loss to be counted towards the their team.
- Teams will compete to lose the highest percentage of weight. There will be ONE overall "team" winner who loses the greatest percentage of weight.
- Participants may request a coach.
- Everybody’s reserves the right to not allow someone to participate. For example: pregnant, age or underweight.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Each participant will receive a T-shirt.

Prizes and Incentives:
- The winning team will receive a three-month Single membership to Everbody's.
- The 2nd place team will receive a 1-month Single membership to Everbody's.
- The 3rd place team will receive (3) 30 minute personal training sessions.
- The biggest loser on EACH team will receive a $15 credit.
- There will be an overall female and overall male winner.
